WEGO Health is a consumer health website and we are hosting an Asthma Focus Group on behalf of one of our advertisers. The groups are being held on Thursday, February 21 at 11 a.m. ET, 6 p.m. ET, and 8 p.m. ET. Participants will be compensated with a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate.
Requirements:
1. You must be a mom who has a child between ages 4 and 12 who is living with asthma. (There is some flexibility with this if your child is older.)
2. You must have researched asthma information online.
3. You will need to be in front of your computer and also on the phone.
4. You must be able to attend the group during one of the following time slots: Thursday, February 21, at 11 a.m. ET, 6 p.m. ET, and 8 p.m. ET.

1. Your name
2. Your phone number (there will be a brief phone screen)
3. The age of your child and how long he or she has had asthma
4. Focus group time slots that will work for you (11 a.m. ET, 6 p.m. or 8 p.m. ET)
