		<description>Wow - I never thought to not hang laundry on the clothesline, or shower at night, or stay in until after 10.00 a.m.  Thanks for the tips. 
I get hay-fever in the fall.  Not too bad any more - just annoying.  I hope your children outgrow some of their allergies.  I did.</description>

		<description>My asthma is still hanging in there. Last year I got to December before getting ill so I have high hopes this year. I&#039;m sorry about your allergies because I&#039;ve heard the stories about how tough that is. I hope they subside soon!</description>

I like the tip about not going outside until after 10am.  Im going to try that this year and see if it helps. 

Ive been hospitalized every September for as long as I can remember, but I&#039;m determined as ever to make this year the exception.
