Vietnamese Ministry of Health: Small Chest? Too Short? Too Thin? Don’t Drive
It seems the ministry has proposed banning short, thin, and small-chested people from driving motorbikes (but not cars or trucks). Oh, and sinusitis sufferers, too. The ministry wants to ensure the roads are full of healthy drivers. Why do these traits in particular endanger healthy motorbike driving? No one’s saying, and Vietnamese citizens are, predictably, pissed.

Now let’s play a game.
