Okay, we’re a small crowd. Asthma bloggers make up a very tiny fraction of the Internet, so we’re less a whole “world” than maybe a village or a town instead. Just a neighborhood, even. A smallneighborhood.
Anyway, if you’re behind on reading like I am, did you miss these?
Diane redesigned her site.
Rick (respiratory therapist & blogger) interviewed Stephen (everyone’s favorite severe asthmatic & racewalker) over at HealthCentral.
Danielle wrote about meds, the low potassium side effect, and how it combat it.
Kerri’s starting a new feature on traveling with asthma and posted some good initial information.

Hey Amy! Thanks for the link–just catching up on the new posts!
We asthma bloggers do make a small crowd–Stephen’s got links to a few more, although I haven’t dug into most of those yet!
Thanks Amy for the plug! Yeah, I think there’s only a handful of us asthma bloggers out there.
Hey, I’ll be in Denver on Friday…I have a 3 hr layover on my way to Boston. Actually, Mike Mc Bride (the guy with COPD whose doing the Boston marathon as well) is leaving outta Denver too .
CRITICAL, PLEASE READ!!!!! I found something that works for me and it’s not medicine. When I get very plugged up with mucous and it’s really difficult to breathe, I make some really warm Lipton tea with 2 tea bags and add about 1/32 tsp of allspice (or less, I never measured it). Within 15 minutes I am bringing up a large mucous plug. THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT. I just have asthma myself and I couldn’t let this opportunity go by without telling everyone. Once in awhile, I feel a little nauseated but not just enough to be aggravating. Give me the little bit of nausea over the inability to breathe anytime.
