Here in Denver, we have the best respiratory hospital in the U.S., National Jewish Health. If you’re not already familiar with National Jewish, you may remember the excellent indoor air quality test kit I reviewed for them about a year ago.
It was announced today that David Eddings, a fantasy author who died June 2, left National Jewish it’s largest gift ever, a stunning $10 million.
Eddings’ co-author and wife, Leigh Eddings, was an asthmatic herself and died in 2007.
Sweet…Lets hope they put the money to good use.
I saw that wonderful news. How generous of someone to donate such a substantial amount of money toward asthma prevention!
